by 100 Club of Illinois Fallen Heroes October 28, 2016 Police Officer James Brockmeyer was killed in a vehicle crash while pursuing a vehicle. Officer Brockmeyer had served with the Chester Police Department for only 10 months. He is survived by his parents and sister.
